50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, 10% Malbec



Tasting Notes

Aged 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Typical aroma of the variety; of great body and fines, balanced, velvety, persistent on the palate.

Food Pairings

Grilled Fatty Cuts, Smoked, Braised and Slow-cooked; intensely spiced sauces with smoky notes and intense herbal notes. Matured and Aged Cheeses. Best served at 16°C.
