Tasting Notes:
L.A. Cetto Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented for 15 days and then aged one year in oak barrels and 6 to 8 months in bottle. Clean and bright ruby red.Hibiscus aroma, red currant, red fruits such as plum or raspberry.Medium body with a good fruit-acid balance, light tannins, and a smooth finish and aftertaste.
Food Pairings:
Grilled steaks and beef dishes along with tomato-based pasta, or semi-soft cheeses. Best served at 16°C.
