Tasting Notes: 

This L.A. Cetto Sparkling Wine Brut is a rare specialty and a wonderful taste experience - and, so far as we know, the only sparkling wine from Mexico! This sparkling wine is produced using the "Charmat Method". The grapes are harvested a little earlier than normal to help ensure freshness. Floral bouquet, fruity with hints of hibiscus. The bubbles are fine and persistent with a pleasant dryness and brittle nature.
