Grape Variety: 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes: 

This Bordeaux Rose is fresh and balanced. On the pallet a hint of mineral and subtle acidity mingle with the fruit in an extremely Cotes de Provence style.

Food Pairings: 

Grilled Seafood, Summer Salads with fresh herbs, Soft Cheeses such as brie or Camembert, and lightly seasoned Poultry.
