Grape Variety: Petite Sirah

Tasting Notes: 

L.A. Cetto Petite Sirah Private Reserve is fermented in small tanks. Following the maceration process which takes place 2 weeks after the end of the fermentation, the wine is aged 18 months in American oak barrels. Deep ruby red color which turns grenade as time passes. Very characteristic of the varietal, spicy, complex and intense. A full-bodied wine with a great structure and notes of black fruits and plum. It is a well-balanced wine, spicy with a long finish.

 

Food Pairings: 

This opulent wine goes well with fine cuts of meat on the grill such as filet mignon steaks, alone or with black pepper sauce. It also pairs well with roast lamb and strong cheeses. Best served at 18°C
