Tasting Notes

The Don Luis Viognier has complex aromas of red and black fruits, in compote with a spicy background of pepper, coffee, tobacco and subtle.

Food Pairings

Seafood such as scallops, lobster, crab, and shrimp. Also a good component to soft cheeses, mild Indian dishes, Thai and Mexican dishes. Best served between 10-12°C.
