Beautiful light gold hue, the nose is distinctly fruity (grapefruit, lemon, citrus), with notes of honeysuckle and hawthorn. A lively and frank attack, and a finish reminiscent of anise, make this wine a fine expression of Chardonnay.

Serve between 10-12°C as an apertif or with seafood, white meats or goat cheese.
