100% Pinot Noir
Beautiful, clean red color with ruby reflections, the nose opens with the red fruits typical of Pinot Noir (blackcurrant, Morello cherry, currant) with smoky, humus and sometimes animal notes. Rich and complex, its texture is firm on supple and elegant tannins.
Serve between 16- 18°C with meats in sauces or grilled filet of beef. With a few years, it will be the good companion to lamb, duck and game meat.
