100% Pinot Noir
Its bouquet is reminiscent of rose petals, peony, violet, red fruits on a hint of liquorice. On the palate, the attack is intense, deep. Firm and discreet tannins make up a supple and well-structured body, with a very fine texture.
Serve at between 16-18°C with roasted or grilled red meats, game birds, or cheese.
